A day in the life of a Financial Accountant and Business Analyst:
You will be responsible for running the accounting and financial activities within our European start up. You will analyze and provide financial information to other departments. In addition to being independent you will work closely with our Headquarter Finance department in USA.
You will work on a diverse range of activities, such as:
- Ensure the maintenance of general accounting, suppliers, debtors, and fixed assets
- Establish reporting results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis close
- Manage credit collections and accounts receivable
- Monitor the correct application of VAT and establishment of periodic statements
- Perform reconciliations of fixed asset accounting
- Establish balance sheets and income statements
- Prepare accurate forecasting and monthly cash-flow
- Perform the analytical review and submit to the Headquarter in USA
- Review project costings, compile and analyze monthly report
- Support internal and external audits
- Participate in developing or updating procedures and processes
In order to succeed as our Financial Accountant and Business Analyst you will have:
An experience of 1-3 years in an accounting department, a strong analytical and accounting skills, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting or completed commercial apprenticeship with further education in Finance, your are fluent in English and have excellent written skills, you have the ability to see bigger picture and able to break it down into smaller steps and on top of that if you have basic IT knowledge and basic system skills, then you are the person we are looking for!
